1. GENERAL PROVISIONS.

1. These general terms and conditions are applicable to any use of the 'Contact Lenses Today' website and to any agreements concluded between Contact Lenses Today and the consumer.

2. THE AGREEMENT & CONSUMER OBLIGATIONS.

2.1 The Consumer shall fully, truthfully and accurately complete the order form on the website.

2.2 The data provided by the Consumer to 'Contact Lenses Today' concerning the condition of their eyes must correspond exactly to the data supplied by their Optometrist, Contact Lens Optician or Eye Doctor.

2.3 The contact lens specification supplied to 'Contact Lenses Today' must be dated within one year of being supplied by the eyecare professional.

2.4 The consumer declares that he/she has not experienced any discomfort from wearing contact lenses.

2.5 The consumer undertakes to comply with all instructions for use stated on the product or on any inserted leaflet.

3. DELIVERY.

3.1 The order will be delivered to the consumers home or office.

3.2 The delivery term will not exceed 30 days.

3.3 The consumer must accept delivery of the products when so ordered.

3.4 If 'Contact Lenses Today' fails to deliver goods ordered within the 30 day delivery term, the consumer may cancel their agreement at no cost. Any pre-payment made by the consumer will be returned within 14 days of notification.

3.5 Should the consumer wish to return goods for any reason within seven days of receipt of the product, Contact Lenses Today will refund any payment already made by the consumer after deduction of postal charges incurred.

4. PRIVACY.

Contact Lenses Today confirms that all data issued by the consumer will be treated in the strictest confidence and not passed on or sold to a third party.

5. PAYMENT.

5.1 Your credit card details will be encryted upon completion of the order form and will remain so until we receive these. We will hold these for no longer than is necessary for us to complete your order.

6. LIABILITY.

6.1 Any liability of Contact Lenses Today due to the delivery of defective goods will be limited to direct damages up to the amount of the price of the product concerned. Liability for indirect damages is excluded.

6.2 Only the Manufacturer of a defective product may be held liable for indirect damages as may be stated on the product.

6.3 'Contact Lenses Today' will not be liable in the event that damage was caused by the negligence of the consumer or the consumers improper use of the product.
